All rooms were huge and spacious.

There was very polite and accommodating staff and the service was excellent. We got a room with a tub.

The room was brand-new and huge with a pull out couch and a queen size bed, as example, we felt like at home. The location was exceptionally nice for exploring this pretty nice area, short walk to Marshalltown, Iowa and nearby shopping centers and the rocky mountains. It was 1 mi from Subway, offering quick-service food. Tbh, had a fine stay for a business trip.

The pool area was heated and the location was marvellous and quiet, so close to Marshalltown for the night and nearby shopping centers and the “ business center ”. My bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was extremely spacious with 2 queen beds.

Good little hotel, had very pleasant stay.

Had a more than adequate breakfast with gravy and stay-waffles, for instance. The location was comfortable because it was next to restaurants, gas stations and local shopping, the medical center, and a grove.

Thank you for a special stay. This is a good little place, with suburban location and modest rooms. Amazingly friendly staff, they know their business.

Marvellous and quiet location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed. The staff was accommodating, pleasant. The rooms were inviting, quiet, came with a queen size bed and the bathroom, as example.

The hot tub was amazing and set the mood for a relaxing stay. The staff kept the pool area clean and secure, and the room felt warm and comfortable with a great shower. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Suburban location, very good stay!

Tidy unit with a jacuzzi. Location short walk to Marshalltown. Also, in yards all over.

Nothing could have been better.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, and we experienced a quick check-in. The hotel facilities were impressive, and we particularly enjoyed the inviting pool and hot tub area. The complimentary breakfast was varied, and the coffee was awesome. We also appreciated the hotel's location in the business center, which gave it a very lodge feel.

A fridge, coffee/tea making equipment and a writing table in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Clean private bathroom. Marvellous setting in the nice area, close enough to the rocky mountains, and Marshalltown for the night. A wide range of food options within easy walking distance of the venue.
